What are the costs involved in SimpleVoiceBox™?
For the free service only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. For the Toll-Free service it is 6 cents per minute per person. For the Private Number service the costs are $4.95 per month.

How long can I record for?
Each outgoing greeting and incoming message can be unlimited in length.

How many messages can my SimpleVoiceBox™ hold?
You can have unlimited messages on the system at the same time.

How can I manage my SimpleVoiceBox™ using the web?
Click the login button on the top right corner. If you are using free or toll-free, enter your phone number, extension and password. If you are using Private Number just enter your phone number and password. From here you can edit your account information, access your messages and your greeting.

Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer?
No, we intend on offering this service on a continual basis.

I forgot my password?
On the login page you can hit the "I forgot my password link" the system will email you the password.

How do I turn the email notification on or off?
Just login into your account and go to Account Information. From here you will see a checkbox allowing you to turn this feature on or off.

What is the record your name for?
If you have not yet recorded an outgoing message, the system will use your name to announce when callers call in.

What kind of audio files can I upload or download to my PC?
The greeting can be either .WAV or .MP3. When you download a file it will be in a .WAV format.

Can I have more than one account?
Yes, we just ask that you use them.
